Cox 'produces sitcom for husband'
Friends star Courteney Cox and actor husband David Arquette are developing a
TV sitcom about a private investigator, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Cox and Arquette, who married in 1999 and have one child, have joined forces
with former Everybody Loves Raymond writer-producer Jeremy Stevens.
Stevens will write the pilot on the untitled project, which will star
Arquette with Cox as exec producer.
The show will be developed in conjunction with US TV network ABC.
Arquette was most recently seen in the Robert Rodriguez' family film The
Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D.
Cox remains best known for her role in long-running sitcom Friends, as
Monica, which ended last year after 10 years.
She also starred in the three successful Scream movies.

Aniston uses holistic approach to keep in shape
06/08/2005 - 12:12:53
Jennifer Aniston got in shape for her Vanity Fair covershoot thanks to her
former Friends co-star Courteney Cox and a custom-made holistic exercise
technique.
Cox told Aniston about Budokon, which was developed by lifestyle coach
Cameron Shayne in 2002.
Shayne - who describes himself as a martial arts master, yoga teacher and
lifestyle coach - explains Budokon: "By exploring the physical, emotional
and spiritual body through movement, diet and meditation, the student works
toward achieving truly sustainable health, wellness and personal power."
He adds of Aniston: "She started with me last summer. But she's a busy woman
so she tries to get in when she's in town.
"Because Jen's very laid back. It's good for her to get some of that fire
energy out."
Shayne's other celebrity clients include Meg Ryan, Kristin Davis and Rene
Russo.

Cox Reveals Battle with Postpartum Depression
Former Friends star Courteney Cox has spoken about her battle with
postpartum depression after the birth of her daughter Coco for the first
time. The former Friends actress and her husband David Arquette welcomed
their first child into the world in June 2004 - but Cox now reveals she
suffered from depression following the momentous event. She tells USA Today,

(Coco) turned six months. I couldn't sleep. My heart was racing. And I got
really depressed. I went to the doctor and found out my hormones had been

her difficulties, as did support from such close friends including Jennifer
Aniston and Brooke Shields, who famously suffered and conquered her own
bouts with postpartum depression. Despite her recent battles, Cox is
desperate for another baby. She adds, "I look at Coco and say, 'I'm blessed.
Why mess with this? Should I take any chances?' But we've got to try for a

By Stephen M. Silverman
Despite what she describes as a delayed case of postpartum depression
after the June 13, 2004, birth of her and husband David Arquette's
daughter Coco, Courteney Cox says she'd like to have another child.
"I went through a really hard time - not right after the baby, but
when (Coco) turned 6 months," Cox, 41, tells USA Today. "I couldn't
sleep. My heart was racing. And I got really depressed. I went to the
doctor and found out my hormones had been pummeled."
Taking the steroid hormone progesterone helped Cox get through her
difficulties, as did support from such close friends as Jennifer
Aniston, who lives nearby in Malibu, and Brooke Shields, who famously
suffered and conquered her own bouts with postpartum depression.
Having now shed her vulnerable feelings of what she terms "smallness"
- and dealt with such strange suicidal urges as driving off a cliff,
she says - Cox reveals that she and Arquette are hoping for a sibling
for their daughter, whose expanding vocabulary now includes the words
"lion," "flower" and "bellybutton."
As Cox tells the newspaper: "I look at Coco and say, 'I'm blessed. Why
mess with this? Should I take any chances?' But we've got to try for a
boy. We've got to have a little (boy) Arquette in the family."
