guitarist, a published report claims. Wedding Bells - Already? Alan
Smith, writing in the Enquirer reports they are already planning a
wedding. So that's why she's chasing Richie allover Europe. In what
will either be blockbuster news or sweet relief for Heather and Denise
ex Charlie Sheen the magazine claims wedding bells are planned for
2007. "Richie and Denise are defying the naysayers and setting up
arrangements for a wedding early next year when hey are free of their
bonds," an insider tells the magazine. "This is a serious romance - not
two boomerangers. They feel destined to be together forever." So much
so - that Denise dumped her kids on her mom and dad - and headed off to
Europe to hang with Richie on tour. That came right after Richie
declared that he was single - to an audience of adoring female fans at
his concert. The reports claims it will be a small wedding at Denise's

(May 2) -- Denise Richards'>Denise Richards says Heather Locklear'>Heather Locklear has betrayed her.
In an exclusive interview with TMZ, Richards denies she was involved
with Richie Sambora, the estranged husband of Locklear, before Locklear
and Sambora split.
"Heather knows why and when her marriage ended with Richie and she
knows why my marriage ended with Charlie (Sheen)," Richards said when
TMZ caught up with her on Tuesday.
Richards says comments by Locklear and David Spade, who suggested
Richards had back-stabbed Locklear, were a "betrayal."
"It is a betrayal because a lot of it isn't true and they know that and
that's what's hard," Richards said. "I have to try and just stay
focused on my kids and forget that part of it as difficult as it is."
Richards also tells TMZ that she stands by the allegations she has made
against Sheen in their divorce. "I stand by it and it's sad that it's
gotten to this," she says. "My focus is just getting my girls through
this because it's very, very difficult and very sad."
TMZ has learned that Denise Richards'>Denise Richards has been telling her friends and
reps that Heather Locklear'>Heather Locklear was unfaithful by developing a romantic
relationship with David Spade months before she filed for divorce from
Richie Sambora. Ironic, since Spade lashed out at Richards a few days
ago.
Locklear's rep would not comment on the TMZ story. Spade's rep calls
the claims "completely false and ridiculous." A source connected with
Locklear says Richards' allegations are "ridiculous" and that "it's a
thinly veiled attempt by Richards to try to deflect her own conduct."
The source adds Spade and Locklear were never in a romantic
relationship prior to the time she filed for divorce.
Locklear filed legal papers last February, but sources tell TMZ that
long before then she complained to Richards and other friends that her
marriage was over, threatening numerous times to file divorce papers.
We're told that last fall Locklear began bringing Spade to Richards'
home and that the two would openly show affection toward each other. In
one case, sources say a family member at Richards' home openly said
they were uncomfortable watching the two of them - this occurring
months before Locklear pulled the trigger on her marriage.
As for Richards' relationship with Sambora, we're told the two of them
had a chance meeting at a restaurant where they took their kids. They
commiserated with each other about the demise of their marriages, but,
we're told, there was nothing romantic until late March.
Sources connected with Richards say their falling out occurred in part
because Locklear enraged Richards by hiring the same lawyer Charlie
Sheen is using in his divorce. A source close to Locklear claims that
was a simple coincidence-- that Locklear's personal attorney
recommended divorce attorney Lance Speigel to Heather as he handles
many celebrity divorces. Richards is represented by celebrity divorce
Neal Hersh.
Ironically, Locklear, Richards and Sheen all appeared together on an
episode of 'Spin City' -- and episode in which Richards plants a big
kiss on Locklear's lips.
Clearly, this entangled quartet has now moved on. Indeed, until Monday,
Locklear and Richards lived next door to each other.
But yesterday, a moving van showed up at Locklear's house.
Can you guess who moved out -- Locklear or Sambora? We're not sure.
The spotlight is temporarily off Sheen. Last month, Richards filed
legal papers accusing Sheen of shocking misdeeds during their marriage.
Sheen denies all the charges.

romancing Richie Sambora, the estranged hubby of Richards' ex-best
friend, Heather Locklear.
Richards - who recently kicked off a custody battle with husband
Charlie Sheen by accusing him of threatening to kill her and being
addicted to drugs, gambling and teen porn - has seen an erosion of
public sympathy since pictures of her smooching Locklear's husband
surfaced last week.
Spade is now said to be seeing Locklear. When he cracked to reporters
last week that she was "home nursing the knife wound in her back,"
Richards' camp contacted us to accuse Spade of dating Lock- lear when
she was still married to Sambora.

Seems Richie Sambora can't catch a break these days. Oh, wait...
Just weeks after Heather Locklear filed for divorce citing
irreconcilable differences, the Bon Jovi is nursing a broken arm
suffered during a nasty spill in his Los Angeles home.
Now all he needs is some bad medicine, stat.
Per the band's Website, the 46-year-old Sambora took the tumble last
week. He was treated at a local hospital and his arm was put in a
sling.
The good news is Sambora's bad break will not force Bon Jovi to cancel
the upcoming stadium dates on the Japanese leg of the Jersey boys' Have
a Nice Day World Tour, kicking off Apr. 8. Sambora is expected to be
fully healed for those dates, as well as band's busy spring, which also
includes a monthlong European swing launching in Dusseldorf May 13 and
finishing up at London's Wembley Stadium June 11.
Bon Jovi, touring in support of the its latest album, Have a Nice Day,
just wrapped the North American leg in Las Vegas Mar. 11.
Even though he's supposed to make a full and fast recovery, we
recommend Sambora hold on to his sling--it could gain him some sympathy
points in his divorce tete-a-tete with Locklear.
According to papers Sambora filed two weeks ago, he wants joint custody
of the couple's daughter, eight-year-old Ava Elizabeth and sought to
enforce a prenuptial agreement signed before their 1997 wedding. The
estranged spouses are seeking a private judge to handle the
proceedings, which would enable them to avoid the prying eyes of the
media and the public.

US TV executives have their fingers crossed that some of Australia's best
known actors, including Rachel Griffiths and Simon Baker, will lead their
networks to ratings gold.
The US networks have just unveiled their plans for new TV series and it was
largely bad news for the many Australian actors who travelled to the US to
audition for roles during Hollywood's traditional pilot season.
In past years, Australian actors with little experience in the US have
emerged with key roles in major new TV series, but the networks went with
established American and Australian names this year. It continues a new
trend in US TV where new series need a major star to launch the show.
There is also less of a stigma for movie stars to attach themselves to TV
series.
Along with Griffiths and Baker, the other Australians who booked roles on
new TV series were Melissa George, Alan Dale and Jonathan LaPaglia, younger
brother of Anthony LaPaglia, who is the star of Without a Trace.
The American film stars turning to TV included James Woods, Ray Liotta,
Virginia Madsen, Jeff Goldblum, Ving Rhames and Alicia Silverstone.
"It was quite an extraordinary pilot season for Australians," Rob Marsala,
a Perth-born talent manager in Hollywood and the president of the LA-based
Australians in Film organisation, said.
"Usually there are a few Australian actors who are not well known in the US
who score roles in a TV series, like Emilie de Ravin did for Roswell and
Ryan Kwanten did for Summerland a few years back.
"This year it was Australia's better known actors who are established in the
US who had the success."
A pilot is the first episode of a proposed TV series and pilot season runs
in Los Angeles from February to March.
More Australian actors each year make the pilgrimage to LA to audition for
the more than 100 pilots on offer.
But even if an actor wins a role on the pilot, there is no guarantee it will
be picked up by a US TV network and turned into a TV series.
Of the 120 pilots produced last year, only 48 were picked up.
Already 15 have been cancelled after poor initial TV ratings and two other
pilots might never air. It is usually only the successful US series that
make it to Australia.
Griffiths, returning to TV after her successful stint on Six Feet Under, and
Jonathan LaPaglia, scored two of the plum roles in the ABC network's new
drama, Brothers & Sisters.
Brothers & Sisters has already created plenty of buzz in the US as it also
marks the return to primetime TV of Calista Flockhart, best known for her
Ally McBeal legal comedy-drama series which ran from 1997-2002.
George, a veteran of many pilots that never went to air, will star in NBC's
Lipstick Jungle, a series based on the book by Sex and the City author
Candace Bushnell.
The show, according to NBC, will follow "the sexy, funny, and dramatic
stories of three friends balancing life and career, who also happen to be
three of the most powerful and influential women in New York".
Former Neighbours star Alan Dale, best known to US audiences for the teen
hit The OC, will star in the new TV drama Ugly Betty, which is set at a
fashion magazine.
Baker, who has carved out a successful film career with LA Confidential, The
Ring 2 and the upcoming The Devil Wears Prada and who starred in his own US
TV drama, The Guardian, a few years back, returns to the small screen in the
star-studded TV series, Smith.
Baker's co-stars are last year's best supporting actress Oscar nominee for
Sideways, Virginia Madsen, and tough guy actor, Ray Liotta.
Other well-known actors in pilots include Friends' Matthew Perry in Studio

Rocker Richie Sambora and actress Heather Locklear are making progress
with their divorce in L.A. Superior Court. Richie didn't like their
first judge, Heather didn't like the second, but they've agreed on a
third. They've also agreed that the court should enforce their
prenuptial agreement, which provides for joint legal custody of their
8-year-old daughter, Ava.
Richie-bashers have tried to portray him as a cad - pointing to sexy
pictures his former assistant Stephanie Heaton sent him - pictures
Heather found among his E-mails. But we hear Heaton sent the same
photos - which show her wearing only fishnets and boots - to various
other people, including Sambora's bandmate Jon Bon Jovi.
"I don't know why she did," says a source. "But there was nothing going
on between Richie and Stephanie."

Heather Locklear's estranged husband, rocker Richie Sambora, is asking
that the prenuptial agreement signed by the couple before they were
married in 1994 be "enforced," according to legal papers filed last
Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
In his filing, Sambora, the guitarist for Bon Jovi, seeks joint custody
of the couple's 8-year-old daughter, Ava Elizabeth. He also requests
that he not be required to pay spousal support. His papers list the
couple's separation date - Dec. 26, 2005 - the first time that the
day has actually been revealed.
Last Feb. 2, the same day divorce papers were filed, Locklear's rep
told PEOPLE: "After 11 years of marriage Heather Locklear has filed for
divorce from Richie Sambora. ... This is a private matter and there
will be no further comment at this time."
In the filing, Locklear alone requested physical custody of daughter
Ava, with visitation rights for Sambora. The actress cited
"irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. The divorce
petition also cited a prenuptial agreement for determining how their
assets would be divided.
The couple became engaged seven months after they met through a friend.
The day after Sambora's proposal, Locklear, who was then starring on
Melrose Place, proudly flashed her pear-shaped diamond engagement ring
from Cartier while attending the Emmys. They soon set up house in
Locklear's airy, four-bedroom home in L.A.
This was the second marriage for Locklear, 44, who split from Motley
Crue drummer Tommy Lee in 1993 after nearly eight years of marriage.
This was the first marriage for Sambora, 46, who previously dated Cher.
Locklear's TV credits include Spin City, Dynasty and T.J. Hooker. She
recently starred opposite Hilary Duff in The Perfect Man.
